Fantastic Surprise for Our Anniversary

Wow, we were blown away by the surprise upgrade to the Royal Suite for our 20th anniversary! Vera was super nice and even sent us a welcome cake and bubbly. The location was awesome, so close to Oxford St but quiet. Only downside, check-in took a bit long. Would def come back for the great vibes!

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service right after my long flight. Got an early check-in and my room was spacious and stylish. Breakfast was delish—highly recommend the omelettes! Only problem was some noise from a squeaky toilet at night. Great location and I even got to lounge at the bar after exploring.
